Let’s make this easy.
Exceptionally skilled, uncommonly caring.
Let’s discuss your insurance and payment options.
We are glad to know that you are investing in your health, and we want to help you throughout the entire process. Several factors determine the fee for oral surgery services, including the complexity of the procedures performed and the contribution by your insurance company. We understand that your health care or dental insurance may not cover all of the cost of your treatment, and we make every effort to help you maximize your coverage and increase your reimbursement. Our staff will discuss different treatment plans and financial options during the initial visit and answer any questions you have before you leave the office.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Discover, MasterCard, Amex, Visa, as well as patient financing options. We deliver quality care at reasonable prices. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance of treatment, payment is due at the time service is rendered.
If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (970) 242-4433. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
“I found Dr. Nock to be kind, compassionate and very gentle. At 78 I had to have a very impacted wisdom tooth removed. Because of its location, I was only to do this if there was nothing else to be done. Fortunately, there don’t appear to be any long term harmful affects. He has the latest equipment in a bright, clean pleasant atmosphere and a caring welcoming staff. I would highly recommend him.” ~ Stephanie G. via Google
